Amazing customer service from the very nice lady who booked my appointment. Then the gentleman who showed up was on time and called to notified me he was 15 minutes away from my house. Once he arrived I explained what the previous company had done the day before on A/c unit. He then started checking everything out on A/c system. The gentleman found that the unit installed the day before was installed incorrectly. He walked me through what was preventing my A/c from cooling. Approximately 15 minutes later my A/c was blowing cold air . He waited to make sure everything was work correctly before leaving my house. The cost of the service was extremely reasonable and the quality of work was top notch! The gentleman was professional and very knowledgeable. I scheduled to have them fix another issue on my house in 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company for their quality of work and customer service. It's very rewarding to get great customer service, quality of work from a company now days.

Select Heat and Air provided exceptional service with a fast response time. He came out and did an A/C tuneup and provided advice to keep my unit running well in this miserable heat! He also offers a nice yearly subscription service which provides a heater tuneup in the fall and A/C tuneup in the spring/summer. He provides fair, honest work and it's obvious that he knows what he is doing! You will not be disappointed with the service from Select Heat & Air.

My ac unit quit blowing cold, they came out the next day after I called and was very thorough will checking out my old system, they found out my old unit had a substantial leak, they went above and beyond to check everything including my heater box and jumped right on getting me a new system. They even helped me with setting up the financial end of it. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option I will definitely not use any other company in the future.

Great company! Our ac went out on one of the hottest days yet. We called them and they came out that same day. A couple days later we had a new Ac system installed. Our house has never been this cool. They were quick, professional, on time, and got the job done very quick. For the first time in my life I'm excited to see my electric bill!

Would highly recommend Select Heat & Air. They quickly came to a call out to diagnose our AC unit problems then quoted us a new system and worked with us to replace only the items that needed to be replaced. New unit was ordered and installed professionally and in a very timely manner that worked with our schedule. AC unit is now cooling away without any worries for years to come.

Excellent HVAC service! My A/C went out, leaving me in 86f+ temperature for two days. Not only did this company show up in less than 24hours of contacting them, but in two hours after they showed up the following morning, they had my problem diagnosed and fixed. That included finding and procurement of parts for my 10+ year old A/C. Even discovered a bird's nest in the electrical which they promptly removed. The system of gadgets used during the process was impressive. Had all the bells and whistles needed to perform their task excessively. They earned a permanent customer. I will continue to use their service for all my HVAC needs from now on.
